the Parade of Lights kicked off our Christmas Season, Jonie Elwood and Chuck Hinn Coordinated the Parade and the community did an outstanding job with AWESOME floats! The Chamber fed 200 at the Chili/soup feed before the parade. Thanks to all those that donated Chili, Green Chili, Ham and Beans, and Chicken noodle soup. KSDZ broadcast the whole event live and the public turned out to enjoy the store open houses and parade.
Dave Browder, representing the Tri - State Cowboy Museum was the Grand Marshel escorted in a horse drawn carriage provided by Ron Dorsey. Dave was presented with the State tourisum Award for Outstanding Tourist Attraction for 2014.
The float winners were: 1st place, Gospel Chapel; 2nd place, Modern Farm; 3rd, Gary Fisher. Store Front winners were: Eaton's Country Corner, Country Stylist Salon, and Hinn's Clothing.
Every one was in awe as Santa and his Reindeer came to town!
